The question is...are the 5lb, 3" thick documents (5" once you add the addendums and strike-throughs), worth the paper that they are written on)?
Time to look into the Prompt Payment Act that got us
motivated to blog in the first place. Has anybody heard whether that passed into legislation in Ontario yet?
